For subscription-based services involving a fixed-term contract (e.g., 12-month or longer agreements), Satellite TV Inc. cannot offer refunds once the contract period has commenced. If you experience technical or service-related issues, we will gladly facilitate communication with the original provider to resolve these concerns promptly.
For services provided on a no-contract, month-to-month basis, cancellations can be requested at any time, effective at the end of the current billing cycle. Refunds or prorated credits for partial months of service are not available. To avoid being charged for the next billing period, please submit cancellation requests at least five (5) business days before your billing date.
Equipment purchased from Satellite TV Inc. (such as streaming devices or receivers) may be eligible for refund or exchange within 14 days of purchase if returned unopened and unused in original packaging.
